I’m an English wine journalist currently based in New Zealand.
I am currently the editor of Wine-Searcher’s news and features content: writing, commissioning and subbing wine-related stories.
Before taking up the position at Wine Searcher in 2012, I regularly contributed to Decanter, Harpers Wine and Spirit, Drinks International, Wine Business International, The New Zealand Herald on Sunday, The Market magazine, and Food and Travel Magazine.
In 2010, I was named the Louis Roederer Emerging Wine Writer of the Year having won the UK’s Young Wine Writer of the Year in 2006.
I am also on the final leg of the Master of Wine course having passed the theory and tasting portion of the exam. The dissertation is now the last hurdle.
When I’m not working or studying, I can be training for off-road triathlons or sitting on the sofa with my husband watching The Wire.
